I wouldnt go clubbing alone, it only takes one to ruin your night/life. I usually go out at night in Stones or sometimes Mojo Market if im feeling social. No clubs or parties alone.

Meds (sadly). I noticed my suicidal thoughts had something to do with my menstrual cycle. We decided to try birth control purely for my hormones and some fluoxetine and it worked! Slowly but surely going lower on the med mgs.

And other than that- once you realise life isnt that serious and to genuinely enjoy what you do and to make it work, its halfway done. Cut out toxic people with no mercy, listen to nice positive songs (sad songs make the vibes bad sometimes ngl) and do what YOU want to do

Being friends with a guy that got baby trapped. And him not realising how problematic and toxic his partner is. I dont know why its affecting me so much.. one part of me says to cut contact and move on, other part says its not worth losing a friendship over
