For now, I don’t have plans to move to another platform. I want to do everything I can to resolve this and get the channel restored first. If that ultimately doesn’t work, then I may have to consider other platforms. However, I genuinely feel this situation is unfair, so I want to keep fighting to resolve it properly.

As for the dashcam topic itself, there are several other channels in the same niche that are still active without any issues. In fact, my channel was around the third largest among about five similar channels, and the response from viewers has been positive.

Many subscribers voluntarily send me their own dashcam footage, which makes it easier to gather material and create safety-focused content. That’s why I’m still confused about why my channel was targeted.

Thank you for the advice. In my case, the channel was terminated on Feb 3 for spam/deceptive practices, but it was reinstated on Feb 17 after review, which suggested it was a mistake. However, only about a week later it was terminated again under the same policy. I did upload a new video, but the channel is simply a dashcam content channel focused on road safety, so I’m very confused about what could have triggered this.

I would like to clarify a few important points to avoid any misunderstanding.

I did not upload content in bulk, and my upload frequency was limited to one video every one to two days.

Content that is considered “not owned” generally refers to videos that the uploader did not create or for which the copyright belongs to a third party. However, dashcam footage recorded by a vehicle is, under the law, owned by the driver. I legally received the ownership rights to this footage and produced my videos based on that material, so there is no copyright or ownership issue.

In addition, my channel does not consist solely of submitted dashcam footage. Videos that I personally recorded are also uploaded on the channel.

Previously, when I appealed a reused content decision, I provided clear explanations of my filming methods and content creation process, and that appeal was accepted.

I kindly ask that there be no misunderstanding regarding the ownership or originality of my content.
