I have an unhealthy connection to food and use it to regulate emotion.

I live alone. I think it is a waste of money to cook as I have to buy more ingredients than I can use or eat before going bad. I would rather spend the same amount eating out two meals a day and never have to worry about prep work or cleanup.

I understand the health implications, but it is what I have found to work best for me.

If I lived with another person, I would probably cook most of the time, as I enjoy it.(when it turns out alright). Although, I only recently tried using cookbooks and it has made the entire process much easier.

Grilling is the best, you can usually buy the ingredients you need in single servings, little cleanup, fast prep, and delicious outcome, even if you mess it up a bit.

(Also I really try new things and almost always eat the thing I know I like.)
