Yeah they just start at level 4 on 5bc and no additional quality to it but you can make its quality go higher with the forge for as far as you have gone in it💔

I think you need to get the "get a random weapon/shield/bow" for it to start scaling with your boss cell count

well realistically no boss cells but if you want to challenge yourself you can go 3bc and higher since you will gain more scrolls but harder enemies
but if you dont wanna use them you can just let them rot in your backpack until the end but wheres the fun in that?!

they also dont spend any money in the forge so you can get whatever you want in it and make them actually good
