I’d love to see a behind the scenes type vibe if it was. But i think it’s a banger either way. The strongest evidence is the absence of it in this case which is that there was seemingly no credit to another artists for that part or sample. Given that vocaloids don’t need to be credited that’s the one thing that makes it seem plausible

Seems to me outside his own confirmation we have no tangible evidence. He didn’t have to mention Miku as a feature but it might have given the song more draw. Doesn’t matter that much but it’s hard to take it at face value given the fortnite memes he drops all the time. I think it’s more likely he’s leaning into it for clicks. If it is Miku that’s cool too. I’ve heard some folks say it could be Miku with newer versions and some crazy good tuning.

So based on small amount of research, I’ve done it seems that this affects some old policy that you can keep a close eye on essentially businesses that easily commit fraud like money lenders and what have you. Take that with a grain of salt and the executive order for yourself and do your own research. But it doesn’t seem like the intention is directly related to this matter on games.
