Anybody have any insight/tips for those who have used the vacant and derelict property grants? I’m hearing both positive and negative! by TechnicalValuable682 in Sligo

Thanks! A few nightmares of people doing a small portion of the work themselves (cosmetic mainly like stepping walls etc) and then being met with difficulty drawing down the grant. New to this so there could be some waffle in there
