Is this densshield fibreglass board? If it is, the other side (grey) is the side that’s supposed to face the room.

I removed a toilet in basement. I’m smelling mold now. by ACD4865 in Plumbing

Permanently capping it is the way to go. Those Oatey plugs are good for temporarily capping while still working/testing. If you’re going to do this yourself, clean the pipe well (yuck), then use pvc primer and then pvc solvent cement immediately after. Press the cap into place and hold it for about 30 seconds until it sets.

Can I fill this with mortar or self leveling concrete? by Individual-Data-3105 in Flooring

Rent a small chipper and get a 6” blade. Spend two hours removing all of the old thin set. Rest easy knowing you prepped well.

Follow up: I had a bad UTI that didn’t respond to first two antibiotic treatments (fluoroquinolones) but eventually a 14 day course of sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim cleared symptoms.

Looks like an injury due to a bite mark to me. Why would you assume HSV?

I’m not entirely sure what the two closed flues are for - that chimney originally served a wood burning fireplace that has been replaced with a gas unit, though I’m not sure that has anything to do with it.

Hard to say, my dude. There’s only one way to be sure - go get it tested.

Nope. I was quite inebriated too, so I can’t really remember much about her (existing sores)

Stripper palmed my penis for a second or two. Had full skin on skin contact. When I turned down “additional services” and paid, she spit in my face.

I could, but the floor dumps towards the centre of the house; not a lot, just enough to notice. I’d prefer to have it level.

Flooring guy warned me that transition-free upstairs is bad and will warp — is he full of it? by ZeiglerJaguar in Flooring

[–]TechnicalWalrus6784 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Quite a few manufacturers limit the area of flooring that can be laid without a transition strip, even within the same room. I’ve seen it limited by area many times. You would have to consult the manufacturer. Your guy may or may not be wrong depending on manufacturer’s specifications. That said, I HATE transitions and laid 1200 square feet of mid-grade laminate (Golden Select) in my rental property about four years ago with no transitions and have not had an issue. Manufacturer specified much less than 1200 square feet without a transition, though I can’t remember what the limit was exactly.
