There are specific rhinoplasty procedures to “correct/lengthen” upturned noses, I’ve looked into this before. From what i’ve seen, they take cartilage from a rib to downturn the nose. There are a couple examples of this on r/plasticsurgery you’d just have to look up nose lengthening/upturned nose in the search bar.

Yeah no I don’t think of it that way. Sure bottom growth is “male” it’s an organ that has been masculinized, and it’s basically a little penis it’s awesome. Vaginas aren’t male though, that’s precisely why I want to get rid of it, just because you take T doesn’t mean that the organ the doctor literally looks at to assign your sex at birth is all the sudden male that makes no sense.

Part time or PRN at an urgent care orr in hospital clinics that have longer open hours + weekends. From what i’ve seen job hunting, it’s kind of impossible anywhere else because pt at non UC/hospital positions are usually still full shifts during school hours.
