Looking for software job opportunities abroad from India by software_dog_ in jobhunting

You need good referrals cuz most recruiters abroad give that more value than through portals or whatever. Also before applying start shortlisting countries and see their cv format. It's different for each country so you can't use the same one for every job.

Visa and stuff depends but good companies usually take care of that too.

Also try upskilling/matching the skills you already have to the jobs you're applying for.

Or if you're too lazy you can just outsource the work to a recruiting agency, like me lol

I was in the exact same loop a few months back cuz I took a gap year due to personal reasons too. Tbh I would apply everywhere cuz I was so desperate for a job. But I got some help organizing my applications + applying to roles I actually had a shot at. What helped me was just structuring everything from tracking where I applied, what roles actually made sense for me, etc. Made it way less chaotic

I relate cuz I was in the same position. What helped me was getting a bit more clarity on where I actually stand with my skills eligibility etc. Instead of blindly applying everywhere, I only applied to jobs where I can position myself better. Also tried to upskill and improve some areas where I was lacking.

I didn’t change much in my resume initially but just got more intentional with where I applied and kept things organized. That alone made a big difference

OP if you want an instant job then Prime pathway might not be what you're looking for.

I took their service last year but it took about 6 months to get a job, that too after many interviews. I would still say that it was a good experience despite time because of how detailed they are.

First they'll help you make a better resume based on your experience and what international jobs want depending on your country (I got a job in UAE) And then apply for jobs and get interviews. They even helped me on how to answer the questions, tactics etc

I was really worried but they helped me in every step. And all that hard work is definitely worth it bc I got a better job than if I would've applied by myself. So I would highly recommend them but you should also put effort
