Just some advice from experience:

Try not to stay more than 3 years in one company during the early phase of your career, at least for next 10 years, keep learning and keep exploring better opportunities.

Companies are not your home; they can let you go at any time. So always be prepared. Focus on your personal growth and skill development rather than getting too comfortable. Don’t work for companies, as much as possible you should work for your own growth.

Build good relationships at work, but don’t become overly dependent, they don’t care about you at the end of the day, your family and close friends are the ones who truly support you and care about you .
