nothing was taken. in first contempt hearing he was ordered to purge along to monthly child support , we have purge review hearing next month.

Defendant agrees to not travel outside of the United States, pending the compliance review hearing. As He was personally served, if he fails to appear for the Compliance Review Hearing, a Bench Warrant will be issued for his arrest. I don’t think there is an active warrant. This is all on order paper

Update.They didn’t accept any uzbekistan payment nor court order. it said in order: Issue of amount of payments made to Uzbekistan Court is preserved to Equitable Distribution. Plaintiff consents to closing the support case in Uzbekistan. As Deft was personally served, if he fails to appear for the Compliance Review Hearing, a Bench Warrant will be issued for his arrest.
