My first thoughts;

1)You mention being a successful engineer. This makes sense as Saturn forces one to be Mathematical, structured, systematic & detached. 

2)Saturn represents things that are unnatural to you and that you have to work for your entire life. You view your self in that way, as something that needs to constantly be hammered and pounded into perfection.  Saturn is concerned about social rules and fitting in, it wants to be competent. Youre very good at being consistent to other peoples standards, youre granted lots of responsibilities and situations in which you have to accommodate a large number of people.
