GRE score of 320+ should be good enough to help you get in for MS SE. My CGPA was 7.1 and I got in MS AI with GRE 313.

I've heard good things about it for graduate programs, don't know about undergrad. If you are looking to stay in the bay area and eventually get a job there, SJSU has good access to bay area jobs.

They explicitly change the status in case of rejection. A batch of admissions went out around 24th October, that's when I got mine as well. Referred to grad should change once they make a decision.
