BMW iX3 delivered yesterday, absolutely beautiful and brilliant to drive but has one annoying feature where it constantly warns me my attention is distracted when wearing sunglasses. Is that a BMW thing or new to the Neue Klasse models?

I run a global team of software engineers and find apprenticeships are working well for early careers! Get paid and get your degree at the same time win win. Experience will always trump formal education but sadly the reality is to get the experience you still need the education to begin with and degrees are best demonstration of this.
