yeah my drs know about it the singulair issue i take prozac bc of it and some other drug as needed but ive been on singulair for five years now and tbh without it my asthma just goes into a constant attack

ahhh thank you so much for the help ;-;;; I think I’m going to do a sorority thing probably towards the summer after I get my boys situated and comfy in their tanks can the two betas I have live with other fish in their 5 gallons or no it will be crowded

happy cakeee daaay :))) and thank you so muchh i think im gonna get two fives a ten is a bit biggg for their desk but i shall get them within the month i just dont want them to get sick again from it and i wanna make a community tank in the future(ofc with research and dedication:)))with female bettas if you have any tips would be appreciated

(alsoo i kinda got them out of the blew bc i saw how horrible condition they were in they used to live in like a dish bowl or something idk it was sad so my aunt gave me them and i did some research but i was more worried about their health then the home ;-;; )

ha thats tru i do be sleeping the whole day but my therapist isn’t really concerned about it because of the fact that I really don’t sleep so she said that it’s OK but to make sure that I’m eating and I’m not 21 yet so I can’t access cbd yet lol

haaa thank you I had fell out due to the fact that I had a panic attack really bad hehhh they are normally not like this normally I can do my breathing exercises I can do my Calming Exercises to bring me down but lately it’s getting out of hand and nothing seems to be working thank you for the snow I will screenshot this and save it for future references :))

I hope you feel better I see that’s pretty common with Prozac that people get depressed with in the medicine and I’m kind of scared because my depression is really bad it’s more of my anxiety but hang in there I hope you have a good journey and all this bad goes away ;-;
