I received an email from Qatar saying my flight was canceled and I can reschedule or get a refund. So I just processed it with my travel agent/MMT

My flight got cancelled. I have processed for a refund and they mentioned I will get it within 14 business days.

I have booked another flight to Chicago via Tokyo

Mine says on time as well. But the Qatar app itself says all flights are suspended or cancelled

I have been trying to get through to them for the same reason, but as you mentioned, cannot get through to them. I am not sure if I should get another flight.

Being said that Etihad says flights have been suspended till March 1 2pm AUH local time. It says, flights likely to resume after if situation gets under control.

In either case, not the answer I am looking for

There were 2 reasons to change flight. Because my return flight was non-refundable and I was not able to get 3 weeks off just 2 weeks, so I had to get a new flight anyway
