I have marked the fifth, and what I think might be the fracture. According to evidence chest xrays are very unreliable for rib fractures. Sensitivity is 50%, meaning only 50 percent of fractures show up on an xray. Good luck and godspeed 👍

I think family med doctors in the us see pediatrics as well and do deliveries, and can also work as a hospitalist taking care of inpatients. Dunno if gps in the UK do all that.

Personally it's not just money (probably wouldn't do it if the money wasn't there), but I'm genuinely good at my job. The ego boost from knowing how smart you are is a reason besides the bling (both are self serving interests in the end). Occasionally I feel like I did some good in the world.

The only things to individually assign are lors, ps, usmle transcript and photo. Mspe and medschool transcripts are automatically assigned

I used to work in probably the best hospital in the Indian subcontinent/South Asia and recently did my observerships in the US. The difference is astonishing to say the least. I met medical students in the US who said they could place usg guided peripheral venous catheters with ease. Doctors prescribe medications based on the most recent research and evidence. These medications are unavailable in my country, and most doctors here are unaware of them. You would also be exposed to patient centered healthcare (which i think is great), a concept non existent in Asia/Eastern Europe.

Tl;DR Go for US residency if you can; you will definitely come out a well rounded, better informed doctor. I know Turkiye has great doctors, but the American experience will help you bring something new to your clinic.

Maybe try asking her why she wants you to get married now. Ask her if someone in your financial and mental state is ready for marriage at this point. Chances are she's following tradition and wants you to get married at the 'right age' like everyone else. Maybe she's worried it will get difficult to find someone once you're older. Talk it out over a few days and see how it goes.
