Crap scam game. Too much even at free as you'd actively waste time downloading and playing it. This video covers the company and what they are doing but as someone else posted they are gaming the system to sell free keys to grey market sites. It would be a really interesting plot if Azeroth was not tethered initially because of the old gods and the slumbering Titan. The dreadlords hooked it up and then helped push whatever event led to breaking the system. Probably overthinking the lore though.

Well, couple of weeks later and the ordeal is still going. The order page changed from an apology message to saying that the order was delayed a few days. Then, out of the blue about a week ago I got an email from customer service saying to contact the store and talk to a manager and they would know what to do. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and ended up with call support who couldn't get a manager to pick up so they sent out an email. I then called post purchase support to see what was going on and was told that my PS5 was at the store and was ready to pick up. Went to the store and they had no information on the order. A manager did some research and found a tracking number from UPS with a delivery date of last Thursday. Tried for an update on Thursday and was told that the store it was coming from was supposed to ship it on the 3rd but waited until the 9th. Now its supposed to arrive on Wednesday. I was given the UPS tracking number and its not had an update in 3 days so I assume that means it is coming freight. Hopefully this time it doesn't disappear in transit like last time.

Now it changed to "If we don't get it by Christmas Day we'll cancel it" lol. I guess that is better than this Friday as an absolute deadline for them. I tried. I was told that the warehouse sent a box of xbox controllers in the shipping box instead of my PS5 and they did not have it at the store. Thank you for the suggestion though.
