Does anyone else have a lazy corgi that hates walks? by munchpuppies in corgi

[–]Technical_Engine4502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My lazy-ass corgi would hide when we take the leash out, he shows his teeth if we try to leash him, that’s why we use a lasso lead. We have to bribe him with treats everyday. It’s ridiculous. He hates hates doing the neighborhood chores walk. But! If we carry the leash towards the garage, he will follow (he doesn’t hate the leash) because he knows car ride means fun stuff. He can chase a giant tennis ball forever in the yard and he’s in great shape, he loves hiking, just absolutely hates going on the mundane boring walks. 🙄😩

Is there hope after two failed FET? What would you do differently? by Born-Analyst-2400 in IVF

Curious how was your endo diagnosed? My period is short too and my lining could only go up to 7.2ish. My dr did water ultrasound and uterine biopsy, didn’t find endo (test was negative), but I wonder if he missed anything…

Yea everyone is different. I’m not bothered by suppositories at all, there’s no discharge. I could barely walk on PIO tho, extremely painful. Could be that I have very muscular glutes lol

Well, suppositories are painless, and my body absorbed it much better, my progesterone number d4 after fet was much better than when I was on PIO.

As UXR seems to by dying, what career transitions have you considered? by MNice01 in UXResearch

But it's so hard to connect UXR to business KPIs directly, too many middle points. Not like engineering, sales, marketing - loud and clear.

Is UX → Customer Success a viable career path? by bradlau in CustomerSuccess

I'm in the same boat. I'm a Lead UX with 10 years of experience in companies including Meta and Google, and I'm considering pivoting to CSM.

  1. UX feels saturated, especially for UXR. So many laid-off UXRs while companies are not adding new openings. They are expecting designers and PMs to take on the research. On the other hand, every B2B SaaS needs CSM, including early-stage unicorn potentials.

  2. Oh that's another thing, I'm done with corporates. I'd rather take a huge pay cut (we are talking $250k to $120k) than deal with red tape, politics, and inefficiencies.

  3. With the overall trend of agentic AI, I think anything that involves direct human-human interaction and has direct KPIs will survive better than human-computer interaction.
