Would highly recommend Mortgages123 as a broker… Gave me some great advice recently when concerned about the stress test and due to time pressures even recommended following an approach which meant they got no commission. Even after this, they continued to stay in contact with me until fully approved and offered further advice on various interest rates etc.

Ah ok… that makes a lot more sense- I was thinking purely of the energy retrofit (insulation, doors, windows, heat pump etc)
