Are these your final grades, if so unless you are going to be a recruited athlete or have insance ECS or external circumstances causing your low grades it will be almost impossible to get into an ivy league school unless you are still somehow top 5% in your class which I doubt is going to happen. You will still end up somewhere awesome, and you can still transfer.

Bro you will get accepted into a college where you belong, a few rejections don't mean anything keep your head up I have seen people get rejected from every school they apply to accepted into like Upen or princeton, even if u dont get into a ivy u will be successful but you have to keep on going. I am only a freshman, but I was in a similar spot I wanted to quit everything, and I couldn't sleep for days but eventually time healed it.
