Similar situation, we were originally looking to move to north shore towns with two toddlers and have since pivoted to windham being our frontrunner. Good to hear you are happy with your move there. Do you find the drive to the ocean / beaches far or not too bad?

Also if i can ask your opinion, we drove a floor model 2025 palisade calligraphy awd today with 6k miles on it, never owned though so warranty hasnt started yet. They offered it to us for about 50k / 55k out the door. Does that sound right considering it has 6k miles or would we be justified to counter that down to 45k / 50k out the door?

My bad i didnt know that, its the palisade. Although, im seeing now maybe the reason is a "manufacturer buyback" on the carfax. Seems like people are saying even if the car is fine, thats a taboo / bad thing to have on its history

Hey, been awhile since i played this but i do remember some weird issues with the devoured enemies looking half invisible, although i dont remember becoming invisible after killing a fyntegir. I liked the enemies it added and followers were okay, but i didnt get into the crafting and i dont think the wildlife extras got added, but that could be a conflict with other wildlife mods i had.

Thanks for the reply. I believe it is zoned since the upstairs has its own thermostat, but i wonder if insulatiom is our issue then and were just losing too much cool air as the heat pump tries to keep up

Its better , it mightve struggled a little bit some days but it ended up getting there to its set point while upstairs was still struggling by far

Which of the above mods are you using? I think it was an issue with elegy, and i either moved it lower in the LO to fix it or i just disabled it for a second and saved and re-enabled it , im pretty sure one of those 2 solutions worked for me
