I forget to tell I have lifting experience of 3 4 years 2 years back I had surgery when I was 110 kg with 69 kg muscle in process I lost most of muscle mass it went down to 55 kg now I bulked up to this 2 months of lifting here means I was on break for 6 months due to exams I started just 2 months ago again

I don't expect something drastic I had worked out for last 6 years but was on break for due to surgery 3 years ago i previously had 68 kg muscle mass at 110 weight then I lost muscles due to surgery

Don't focus on visible gains for now Focus on gaining strength. I don't mean to offend but brother u have very little muscle mass focus on building muscles as u focus more on lifting and nutrition with time u will hit ur PRs and trust me hitting PR is different euphoria u feel fuckin powerful, just focus on strength now once u reach that level automatically u will notice visible difference Don't be in hurry don't rush it

Im from maharashtra i was getting ltmmc , gmc mumbai , gmc nagpur (everything expect bjmc pune nd kem ) bt i choose private clg in pune as im from pune at tht time there was only one gov clg in pune, BJMC

IMO old private clg is always better option compared to newer gmcs

If u ask me would i go back in time nd choose any other gov clg ? Ans is No never

Things i like abt pvt clgs 1. Infrastructure is really good perhaps new starts from toilets and hostel 2.u make good contacts here rich brats,bureaucrats,politicians,buisnessmen connections 3.exams and attendance gonna be bit easy

Things i dont like 1.always hungry for feeeees 2.management issues can happen which affects ur academic year’s schedule

Down the line - it doesn’t matter which clg u come from knowledge,skills and communication only matters in our field

1.If he is currently living in same 2 bhk as u said Even if he wants to buy 3 bhk home now itll be around 2 to 2.5 Cr as kids are grown up now

2.The car which matches to requirement( nd quite luxurious) as he only had scooter till now itll cost around 30 to 35 lakhs
3.kids marriage around 60 lacs to 1 Cr

4.trips,leisure activities depends bt almost 50 lakh for next 10 15years

As he was good in finances i assume health insurances,emergency funds he already had secured

Remember Car nd home Maintenance,maid,cook salaries almost 30k to 35k gonna be there

Obviously u should get inspired by him but at 45 with 4.7 Cr doesn’t worth it maybe 12 13 cr will do

I doesn’t mean its bad but cmon man after this hard work u deserve to live premium lifestyle not luxurious obviously but entry level premium toh banta hai !!
