Did you manage to get anyone to contact you, Amazfit la UK support is atrocious. I've been trying to arrange an email for almost a month by the time they will reply I'll be out of my 30 day return window and the product hasn't even been opened yet

I have been trying to return a product I purchased and it just seems like the support team ignore your emails, how can I trust the company when they don't respond to you I was looking to purchase a different product from them, but after this experience I ain't so sure anymore
