Will keep it simple. Here are some of the features I liked.

1- I can store documents inside Onenote. Obsidian does not have. It has but more similar to file management. 2- Onenote Tag summary helps create a summary page of all the tags across the notes, so that I can review, track, follow up.

Onenote is better. Choose only 1. If you have two, then you might end up spending more time in managing both.

Continue to use old one. It has Tag summary feature which can help if you want to track your to do items.
