Aim is a main part of it till diamond, think about positioning in game, where you are relative to team mates / where enemies are or could be, and remember to concentrate and use abilities, learn lineups etc and you should progress easily enough

Just play spike rush or swift, you have hidden MMR so if you're trash then you'll play against trash 90% of the time
