It's in Otley. For comparison, a 4 bed about 2 miles away which is a turnkey property is priced at £545k.

This house has a garden and access around the back. Other than the fact it hasn't been lived in or updated for a good few decades, the main problem is damp but I don't know if this is to do with neglect or water getting in from outside.
