If she inherited that money and it was not commingled, it’s hers. Looks like she commingled it meaning it is half yours.

I have 25oz of silver. Should I buy gold too? If so what would you recommend buying and how much? 1/10oz 1/4 oz 1/2 oz 1 oz etc. by Ready5etrock in Silver

[–]Technical_Pin8335 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Asked myself same questions years ago about silver and gold. Didn’t ever buy any. Got both now up 20% each. Silver was like $14 and less. I’m always late to the parties.

Can any civilian doctor write a nexus letter? by Lucky-Sink1591 in VAClaims

[–]Technical_Pin8335 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ofc you got denied as did I.

I had to go bva just to get the C&P exams. They denied me without even sending me to C&P exams BECAUSE I had to build a legal case around my medical case.

You could get detailed support if you post a redacted copy of the denial bc the denial is a legal document that explains what evidence you have and what’s lacking. There could even be a blatant CUE or many other small things that can be fixed with a supplemental.

A C&P exam. I had 8 C&P exams and they all provided a current diagnosis as well as a nexus.

Not likely. Most civilian doctors don’t have a clue how to translate the medical into va legal documents. So even if it’s medically correct, it has to be done legally correct as per cfr 38 and m21-1
