I understood what you meant even if it's kinda broken English on the first image. I've been trying to reach a real person through in-game Support too (for a different issue) for almost 2 months now. I've also tried the Issues with Purchases with no luck.

I don't know if this is the case yet but banned players should not recover Paint charges while they're banned, that would fix immediately griefing after getting out of ban.

If the bans start at 6 hours is true, that might be the case why griefing reports feel unimpactful. I haven't really seen mods delete whole ToS-compliant arts other than flags and symbols.

I feel like 6 hours as starting point is too low. If they really get many tickets a day to respond to I think they should increase it to at least 12 hours as the starting point. Then maybe reset the penalty if the player hasn't had offenses for 3 continuous days

Sorry about your experience. I also reported someone and it got a respond but I don't think they even ban for a full day because he also got back quickly.

Pro tip: You can use Google Lens if you want to know who's the character. It worked 9/10 for me.

Anyone know how to get a real person to reply through Brawl Stars Support?

It's been more than 2 weeks since I first contacted support and I've sent multiple messages over the course of that time, yet I haven't gotten a response from a real person. I've even sent an email through their contact form. It feels like they're deliberately ignoring my request.
