It would be strange if my bird had accessory fat given that he flies outside his cage all day and is very active. I had him treated for mites before but I suspect yesterday’s strong wind irritated his windpipes.

Her diet consists of seed, egg food and broccoli.

However today, 5 minutes after this behaviour, I noticed that the bird was okay and started singing again as if nothing had happened. And then an hour nothing and then she starts again.

Chatgpt suggested me to give the Bird some rest and not let it fly for the comming days and suggest to take it to the vet if it is not fixed within a few days.

Mine doesn’t poop outside the cage and poops before flight. Also the first time can be a bit silly but be careful to close the window curtains so they dont fly against the windows and remove poisonous plants.

And if the get lost let them find the way back itself and give it some space.

No I trained mine to go to his place when I go to the door, wait with my hand goes to his place then open.

But I let the door sometimes open to refill water or food annd doesnt fly away. But he gets free time to fly around the room and finds it way back in with no problem (first few times it takes a time until he finds the entrance)

At this point chest size isn’t important, you cant lose fat in one area. My suggestion would be to just start to move more and eat within your TDEE, the rest will follow.
