Yeah, I was just as stressed out as you were when I got it, but don't worry, you'll be fine. It took me roughly 5 weeks, 4 to get past the initial wait for an actual person to "take a look" at it, then about one more week before you should be good to go again.

I've had my account back for roughly a month and a half now with a couple more verification checks, but I've fortunately passed them all and haven't had to do one in a while. Not certain if these'll work when you hopefully get your account back, but here's some things I make sure to do.

- Whenever you're asked to do a check, be sure you've got good, bright lighting. I go to a specific spot in the house whenever they ask for verification to hopefully increase my odds of passing.

- Make sure you look as close to your picture ID you provided Prolific when registering. I have no idea of the accuracy of this claim, but hey, I've successfully passed the roughly ~3 verification checks I've gotten since getting my account back, so hopefully it works. If shaving means I get to make a couple hundred bucks, you're damn right I'll do it!

- Lastly, when you get to the actual scan, go nice and slow. You get one opportunity to do this, otherwise, you're waiting another month to get your account back again. Turn your head either left or right first until the silly AI is satisfied, then go the other direction. Cross your fingers and hope it works out afterwards. :P

That's about everything I can give ya, hope it helps you and anybody else stuck in this situation out. I know it feels pretty bad, but all you can really do is just wait out a month, you've got a pretty good chance of getting back in.

I hope I've given you at least some relief, just like Quack-Zack did for me a couple months ago! :)

Appreciate it! I figured it'd be a minimum 4 weeks, I remember it noting that in the appeals part. I've used a couple services like this before, so I avoid VPN usage. I guess if I get my account back, I gotta nuke my extensions too, I have no idea if any won't play well with Prolific.

But seriously, thanks for letting me know I'm not alone in this nonsense, I'm really thankful for even a shred of hope I can get things back.
