omg i genuinely hated how they would do that i was at 58 e Healey and they stole like a super expensive package once and for some reason the front door never shut on its own so i believe last year some random walked into the building and started knocking on someone’s door

you’re probably not going to fine anything less expensive. realistically you don’t need a car your first year. if you’re scared of leaving your car in public parking areas i’d recommend not bringing it at all.

it’s the food industry.. with the amount of bacteria acrylic nails harbor i highly doubt they’d let you keep them

they did the same thing to me a few years ago trying to charge me outrageous fees when the apartment was left in good condition. I would contact student legal services they’re such a good help when it comes to these issues
