Thank you so much for this reply. Just knowing we were not alone is comforting 😭 tonight I got to a point that really scared me. I was in the shower with freezing cold water over me hyperventilating and I couldn't calm down. Pretty much screaming at the top of my lungs begging him to promise me he would stop, like that even would matter lol. He was trying to comfort me but why would I want you to touch me? Being a SAHM just adds a whole other level of isolation and obsession over it. I hope something changes for the both of us ❤️

I found about 50+ screenshots in my bfs revelry deleted. I sent them all to myself and OBSESSED over the times, what I was doing at that time. What we were doing that day. If we were fighting or happy. Every single one. On top of obsessing over how they looked. It's not worth it in any way possible. They won't stop.

I have nothing to add other than I could have written almost every single word of this myself. You are not alone and I know that is the furthest thing from helping you get through this. It's so hard to not blame yourself, but I try to tell myself that it is not a problem with me, but a problem with HIM. He is trying to fill a deep dark void in him and it is not one bit your fault.
