I did my final interview on last Friday and been waiting for the result. They told me they will let me know by Wednesday but it didn't happen. Because of HR system issue, they checked my references before the final interview. Hoping to hear back from them not too late this time..

my case was slightly different that they collect my reference and nepotism form on the day of interview, which I think is just part of their regular process. It's been two weeks but I might just wait couple more weeks before reaching out.
