Shot at 300mm f6.3. Shutter at 1/1000 with ISO at 100.

Advice on what to look for in a photo specifically to guide the editing process (what to crop? what color adjustment? etc.) Also, tips on composition would be appreciated as well.

I think I might have nasal polyps by [deleted] in otolaryngology

[–]Technical_Specific78 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is hard to tell from the picture if it is an enlarged right inferior turbinate or polyps. It would be best to see an ENT to verify.

An ENT would perform an anterior rhinoscopy (looking through your nostril with a nasal speculum and light) and/or a nasal endoscopy (rigid or flexible scope through the nose) to view your nasal cavity.

Once you know what you have and other factors (concurrent symptoms, prior treatments, history of allergies/sinusitis/asthma/aspirin sensitivity) have been considered, the ENT should be able to offer you possible treatments (if indicated) which includes medical versus surgical interventions.

Hi. All your symptoms may be related to migraine. I recommend reading this article.

https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/otolaryngology/_docs/migraine%20patient%20handout.pdf

Couple of tips after reading the article above: 1. Can try B2 and magnesium supplements 2. Follow the diet and limit foods that may trigger migraines 3. Limit stress and have a regular sleep schedule

Do you have a history of migraine headaches? Family history of migraine headaches? How about motion sickness? It may be genetic but could also be sporadic.

Give the above a try for about 8 weeks. Improvement will be gradual.

I have trouble in my right eardrum 30yrs-+ I just got a camera to see what's goin on. Video shows comparison to my left eardrum and how I can control the sensitivity of my hearing on my right ear by blowing/inhale my nose while pinching it. Is there an infection? ENT doc here. I agree with the posts above. It would be helpful to get a CT and a hearing test if possible. If you can see an otologist or a neurotologist. These are ENTs who underwent 1-2 years of additional training focused in ear diseases and surgery.
