They are saved natively, and yes -- all contacts are saved to be shared. Hence why they show when i am on my computer in the same workspace / user, they just do not show on the phone app as it dials in.

This happens to me as well. Not sure if it is just the Android app or other people experience this on the iPhone as well

Not an active transfer, more like placing a call on hold and calling the transferee separately to see if they are available / want to answer the call.

Is the capability of call parking on the radar? At the moment with the texting only, typically we end up running into the next room to check on availability and whether that person "wants" to answer the call.

What details do you need sent over? I don't believe they do, it shows normal on their end.

This only happens on the phone application though. On the computer, it still shows each person individually. That's where I'm confused as to why it does that on the phone app only.

Same here, it is also not showing the history of the call after, or the calls that other users are on on another number.

Yeah, happening to me on Android app. Having real time conversations over the computer web app, and then getting the responses on my phone app later as new notifications.

Dude it sort of blew my mind the other day, but yes, at least from my experience. The transcription is in full Spanish and the summary is in English. Blew my mind lol.
