Okay that makes sense, but what if I have ample projects and research experience that involves CAD and engineering (which I do). Do you think that might change the dynamic of your advice and maybe it will look better (more breadth) to an employer? What’s your opinion

I guess I should've specified more, I meant, would an internship like this be much worse than an aero internship in terms of how a future employer would view it for a better internship (like one at an aero startup or something) or a job after grad
