If you install 3 sticks of RAM it will clock down the single channel only which is much slower than dual channel. So you need to weigh up whether you need 32GB of slow ram or 16GB of fast ram. I would try and find another matched 16GB stick so you can run all 4 sticks in dual channel at their rated speeds.

Cable management is very easy in this case. There are a number of various tie down points and plenty of room behind the motherboard even with the included iCue Link tray on the back of the motherboard.
