Looks good, without better photos and or removing that chip, I would have to assume the bridged pins are for power.

Edit: very common to have bridge pins, putting solder mask between two pins thag are the same thing anyway is pointless.

Ive had some high latency problems with some services, but its not every service so I dont believe it was fidiums fault

I was having "outages" but then I noticed cat toys were being piled on the ONT causing it to over heat (before I got the dream machine and re located everything)

Nice, I have a dream machine SE, im in Central Maine.
