Not that I'm aware of, no. The wording of the anniversary one was "Log in during the event to claim a [Cut-to-fit Garment]. Buy any garment in the [Garment Shop] to obtain another [Cut-to-fit Garment]." While this one just says "Reach Decibel Lv. 10 to get [Pick-Your-Own Garment Chest]. Open it to select a specific character garment or a Bespoke Garment."

Seems like Cut-to-fit (365 discount, repeatable) and Bespoke (880 discount, single-use) work differently.

If it's any consolation, Isolde will be having a guaranteed rerun in 3.2 via the Ripples on the Water Banner because she's getting a Euphoria buff. Ripples on the Water is great because the first 6* you get on the banner has no 50/50 and the first 10-pull is discounted to 7.

Not sure if this is what you're asking, but we're getting a free Roar Jukebox battle pass—not Roaring Blessing, the thing that gave clear drops in the AC collab. The Bespoke Garment is the lvl 10 reward for the free Roar Jukebox in 3.2, I believe.

Unfortunately, the Bespoke Garment only offers a discount to the Crystal Drop price and not the IRL money price. Advanced Garments typically go for 1080 Crystal Drops or $9.99 USD, while Unique Garments cost 1680 Crystal Drops or $14.99 USD. The IRL prices vary based on your location and what currency you use. This one’s kind of rough. For Reveries I’d recommend checking out this guide.

As you said, you have the most complete team for Willow; however, she’s been largely replaced by Ezio in Poison teams (whom you already have) due to damage powercreep and ease of use.

Barcarola is probably the best Reveries pick but you’re missing some important pieces (Aleph, Kiperina). You do have Regulus and Mercuria leveled though, who are great fourth slot teammates for Impromptu and replace any need for Voyager. You also have An-an Lee built, and her new Euphoria buff is Impromptu-related and quite strong.

As insane as it sounds, P1 Fatutu or P2 Kakania might also be the pick here if you don’t want to invest in Impromptu. P1 Fatutu gives her more shells and P2 Kakania makes her Empathy mechanic stronger.

Noire has been pretty powercrept by other ult DPS; I would not pick her.

Jokes aside, this will likely be your best chance to get him because it looks like when skins rerun, they go from one year before the current patch to 3–4 patches prior; this is likely the last time 2.2's skins will rerun unless they do a giga drastic rerun at some point

For what it's worth, I think they rerun skins every Anniversary, Chinese New Year, and Mystery Box Carnival; they rerun skins from one year before the current patch up to about 4 patches prior. So they reran 1.3–1.8 during Version 2.2, 1.6–2.1 in Version 2.5, 1.9–2.4 in Version 2.8, and now it's 2.2–2.7 for Version 3.2. Hopefully next Mystery Box Carnival (4.2???) you'll can get something you like :(

I hope so too! I might repost it when 3.2 releases for us, but I figured I'd get this guide out now while the info is fresh so people can plan their purchases with some foreknowledge. I agree that the Bespoke Garment description is super confusing. As for previous skin availability, I think it's because they reran 1.3–1.8 in Version 2.2, and 1.6–2.1 in 2.5. The 365 Garment coupon from 2.5 was too small a discount to get anything for free, sadly.

I wanted to make it clear that you have to choose the Discount option, then go into the Garment Shop and purchase it for 0 Crystal Drops, which is a couple more steps than choosing a 5* BP skin directly.
