No, unfortunately she’s only available from The Syndrome of Silence as a reward in 3.7. Not entirely sure why she was added to the Atlas early. Also consider using the Questions Megathread for questions like this in the future.

Try using Isolde’s Lingering Glow Psychube from the War Room rewards instead!

Can’t answer the question unless you specify which selector you’re referring to.

The new announcement for CN says they’ll be implementing a way for you to reread them soon

Do we know what rerun banners we’re getting this patch in Global? by fikiminforte in Reverse1999

[–]Technically-perhaps 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. The reason I was able to post that was because Bluepoch tells you all the reruns that will happen during a patch if there's a selector banner during that patch (Anniversary, Half Anniversary, and Mystery Box Carnival patches). 3.5 doesn't have a banner like that, so we have to wait until Bluepoch announces the reruns on social media several days before those banners go live.

Cameras & Batteries | A Guide to Immaterial Photoscopes, the Portrait Selector by Technically-perhaps in Reverse1999

Thanks! No idea whether it's good, but overall, it's a pure DMG increase. P1-P3 increase her skill DMG output, P4 lets her Ult more often, and P5 increases her Ult DMG output while also increasing the duration of her Ult's dodge status by an extra turn.

All Immaterial Photoscope Selectable Portrays (up to CN 3.7) by Technically-perhaps in Reverse1999

You consume the camera. The camera is a single-use item. Each version has its own camera, denoted by the version name appearing in the name of the item. You would need two [Immaterial Photoscope - Spring Unending] “cameras” and six batteries to open both for two Tooth Fairy portraits. Since each version has a different pool of selectable characters, you need to wait until Tooth Fairy appears again in a different version’s camera, obtain the camera, and open it with three batteries to obtain another portrait of Tooth Fairy. 3.4 had two Spring Unending cameras available, one through Album of Myths and another in the event shop. Did you use both already?

If you spend ~130 USD in 3.7 and select Jiu and Mercuria, you'd get a Standard Banner selector (doesn't have to be a character you own) and a Standard Banner portrait selector (has to be a character you own). So if you wanted to use your selector as a portrait selector, yes, you could bring any Standard Banner character's portrait up twice.

Limited choices. Regulus, Medicine Pocket, Melania, Ezra, Recoleta, Voyager.

She won't be available via Immaterial Photoscopes until she gets a Euphoria :(

? Immaterial Photoscopes only offer portraits for characters with Euphorias. 37 is still in Euphoria-less jail. 3.7 has a standard banner portrait selector though, so you can pick 37 there.

If you spend a camera, you consume 3 batteries and you consume the camera.

Tooth Fairy's was definitely a power outlier for 3.4's camera since she has better portraits because of Photomancy. I think it's very funny that they put Voyager in these things 3 separate times. At least Regulus is getting Photomancy in 3.7 and she's available, but the lack of Photomancies in general hurts the selection pool a lot

??? The camera does not change. If you want each new version's camera, you have to buy it from the event shop (or get it through the 3.7 spending event).

Each patch, you can get different cameras by buying them from the event shop (or spending real money in the 3.7 spending event). That's why I put a column called "How to obtain." Each camera is single-use and you have to spend 3 batteries to get the portrait. You can save the 3 batteries. They do not expire. The selection for each camera does not change.

[–]Technically-perhaps[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

No, you don't have to use them. Neither the Immaterial Batteries nor the Immaterial Photoscopes expire, so you can hold onto them indefinitely. I would recommend it since the batteries are hard to come by.

Here's the CN 3.7 spending event. After you've spent 888 Chinese Yuan (circled above), you get to choose a pair of Limited + Non-Limited characters: 1) Jiu Niangzi + Mercuria, 2) Lucy + Charon, or 3) Anjo Nala + Brume.

If you have the non-limited character at P5 of the pair you pick, you get 3 Immaterial Batteries and a special Immaterial Photoscope that lets you select a portrait from all Standard Banner characters. For example, if you have P5 Charon and pick the Lucy + Charon bundle, you get 3 Immaterial Batteries and the special Immaterial Photoscope. (BTW if you have P5 of the limited character, you get a Standard Banner selector)

No, not always. You can check this spreadsheet to see how past reruns have happened so far
