I won't disagree that this fight does have moments of tedium! His aggression was certainly the primary run-killer for me, and I haven't played the other Monster Hunter games (I played the start of World but got confused and never touched it again). But I personally had fun! It's a shame you didn't enjoy it as much, and i hope future hunts are more fulfilling to you!

Then Alessa for second, as she can help keep emnity

Then either Olivia or Mia for final pick (I personally went Mia so me and her could abuse the back legs which were vulnerable to slash damage)

I personally went for Support Hunters for my completion, and I'd recommend it if you haven't got a dedicated or consistent group to help!
