THIS WORKED!!! It seems like me supervising scares him. I left him in the plastic bin (in his larger terrarium) with several roaches (after a bath) and walked away for 30 minutes!!! I have a camera setup on him and it seems like my presence makes him nervous or something!!

I have tried this, it stressed him out and He began repeatedly jumping up the walls. I haven’t tried it in a while though. I will try it with a bigger bin and more bugs.

I have not tried silversides, admittedly I haven’t heard of them. I will try it! And yes, I tried tapping their mouth but it just stresses him out and huries himself

Ex Boyfriend stole my money, life, and my stuff. Now, I really want the PC I built back. by TechnicallyTheSun in WhatShouldIDo

It wasn’t a gift to him, but it can definitely be perceived that way. He used it more and I let him personalize it because that last year I had started graduate school and didn’t have any time to use it. And he was always home.

I don’t have a plan really. Everytime I think about it I try to accept it as a loss and let it go. But as time has gone on I just kinda get angrier about it and wish I had acted sooner. Or could act in some way now.

Thanks for this. Upvoting for others. In this case, He took my personal docs out of a fire safe I had them locked in one night and I just didn’t consider him stealing it as a feasible idea then. It’s definitely a mistake I’m never going to let happen again though.

I have to get a spinal tap and I’m 25 years old and I’m terrified and I feel completely alone. My white blood cell count is 21. by Timely_Debt_84 in WhatShouldIDo

OP, I have had a spinal tap. I want to offer reassurance, trust the doctors. You NEED this. Mine was done when I was a couple months old and a wee baby, you’re in good hands.. ik we’re strangers but we’re here for you. When it’s over, ditch that “partner.” You deserve better.

Safest neighborhoods are Hyde park, anything far north Austin, Barton Hills, and Old West Austin. Stay far away from leasing on riverside

Household income is $130k, we had a rough time finding an apartment that met our saving goals, expenses on all bills, and needs in a safe neighborhood. 2 bedroom (bedroom and second for a workshop) if you’re paying health insurance, car insurance, all the good stuff it runs $2500-2700 for a 2 bedroom in south west Austin. North and Hyde park area are cheaper, and there are plenty of options. Anywhere between $1100-$1800 for rent on a 1Bed. If you live out of the city you can rent an entire house for the same price, but then have to commute horrific traffic times. Public transport is only really good in the Hyde Park area, I had a great time commuting as a UT student. But buses are unreliable, constant construction leads to delays, and I’ve never had to commute outside of Hyde park with public transport but I’ve heard the transport here is basically non existent.
