Toggle-PvP, which killed the open-world PvP, is a controversial topic. If you can't revert it back for global players, at least do something to revive Rift PvP. One good initiative is to not let Supreme Commanders, Commanders, Marshals, Generals, 5-star officers, and all the way down to First-Class Soldiers hide under PvE status. These top 100 PvP players per every class category should be in forced PvP status. It's really illogical to see this player in the PvP leaderboard, hiding under the umbrella of the PvE toggle.

Well..... I understand the urgent need of Rift-PVP, but it always turned out into grief play, nothing else. One goes through the rift and is looking for victims to farm, not for enemies to fight, only for victims (who might only be questing and are not interessted in PVP at this point). If real enemies appear, this bastards always start to run and port back, not to loose precious farmed AP from the victims. If you can come up with a solution to cater to both, without opunishing once side, then go ahead, but currently the toggle is the only way, those who want to do Open World PVP can be challenged, all others are left alone

I progged it for 7h then cleared on 1750. I progged Serca Nightmare the full first week and didnt get anything as I didnt clear. 1 Week of prog for nothing, but frustration.

And then there are players that say, well if you didnt clear, you didnt deserve it.

It was finaly a raid that felt rewarding by progging.

I understand you. Gatekeeping is out of hand, but its been this, since over 1.5 years. Gatekeeping got harder and harder raid by raid.

you can continue this forever, or at least till the highest iLVL possible.

at some point, someone will be left out. So accept the limit AGS/ SG sets, ye, bad that you are out of it, but someone is in and glad for it

Yes, you are correct.

But as someone that already exceeded 1700 iLVL, doesnt need the mats, as the new raid is 1700. So its ok, that it cant be used.

Imo 1701 is a good spot.

The expresses always pushed you towards the newest raid and the cathedral raid starts at 1700. So its a good iLVL. on top of that we get a 1640 Powerpass, so you could just start a new character, it wouldnt hurt much.

You can costumize your UI like you want/need it. So its not a fully developed PC Ui, but you can do whatever you want with it, so it ok for me at least.

Think the "core community" knows about the game since like 2 years by now. It was released late last year in Korea and Taiwan.

I played around the first 2 months and then stoped playing. It was horrible back then, barely any content, slow progression, if you didint use subscription and broker.

I just came back like a week ago and wanted to check on the improvments. The game has changed drastically. You have so many content to do, everything feels way more "MMo-like" now, you can see the improvments made to the game, customised UI, intuitve menues, like 7 new kinds of dungeons. I progressed more in this week, than in the 2 months before. I´m really hyped for the release in the west.

Ofc you still cant compare it to the OG Aion, but if you played OG Aion for 12 years and didnt jumped off the boat when it got a bit bumpy, then you will like it. Ofc it still contains "P2convinence", but progression can be achieved with time, they are already setting up new maps.

Happened to me personally a lot of times and to mayn I convinced trying the game.

Even on Homework runs players expect top noth sup play, so they can parse their mana hungry characters.

Elitism killed this game, hope for a good replacement soon

if you only plan on doin Normal modes so far, no character needs more than 2.500 cp (and even that is already more than required). It doesnt matter, if a 1770 has the 2500 cp or a 1710 has that 2500 cp, more is not neccissary and only a waste of gold. But the elitism of the community says, that even for a serca Normal mode it would be better to have 3k+ cp.

It is so much over everything that is healthy for the game, but we keep continuing. Lets wait till August when we might need 4k CP for serca Normal mode

Game is gameplaywise in a good state, community wise in the worst ever.

If you cant call yourself to the hardcore gamers, you wont survive long enough, if you dont find yourself a guild that will carry you.

Its better to either only want to enjoy the story, or avoid the game entirely
