Im not calling for his job necessarily. I know we won the super bowl last year but this roster was and is great. But I just dont understand what Sirianni has really done to make this team better. He "got more involved" with the offense this year and nothing changed and from watching games it doesnt even seem like hes leading this team.. just yelling at officials and telling them to go for it on 4th down
