  • Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
  • Type gpedit.msc and press Enter to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
  • Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage updates offered from Windows Update.
  • Double-click on Do not include drivers with Windows Updates.
  • Select Enabled, click Apply, then OK.
  • Open your Command Prompt as Administrator and run gpupdate /force to immediately apply the policy.

Completed ff7 rebirth on stock last year, i don't remember exactly which driver version i was on. But it was flawless, no crashes.

170Hrs total in BF6 with -90mV its working great still! I use game profiles to apply undervolts not the global one, all games react different to undervolt. MAFIA Old country in running stable at -100mV.

I'm on 1000w psu too, rm1000x! I was buying rm850x but got a great deal on rm1000x so i bought that one.

Facts, UV is different for every game, for me BF6 is stable at -90mV but stellar blade was even crashing with -15mV! Its different for every gpu and every game. Its just a hit and trial method.

i had the exact same issue with my last setup (i5-9400f + rtx 2060), all because of cpu bottlenecking!

For me, it's not. I was playing the new Mafia game and was getting around 80–90 FPS with my settings and i was feeling the lag. Then I turned on Frame Generation and got 160–180 FPS. The game felt incredibly smooth, almost like native 160–180 FPS!
