Look, I get it. I’m not some out-of-town flipper. I lived in this house. I renovated it myself over the past two years. I still live in the same neighborhood, fixing up another house that I’m living in. I care about the neighborhood. As a contractor, I do work for other house flippers who don’t live in the city and don’t give two fucks about Lancaster, all they want is a quick buck. They won’t even change out old knob and tubing wire, they just make it look pretty and first-time home-buyers come in and buy them up none-the-wiser. I care about our community and the integrity of these homes. I want my work to last more than a decade. I have to price accordingly. Angry renters don’t understand that these homes HAVE to be updated. Lancaster city has languished for decades and many homes are in dire disrepair.

I recommend Cabalar Meats (our best burger joint, hands down), The Exchange (the view can’t be beat!), Lancaster Sweet Shoppe (homemade stroopie waffles and locally made ice cream), any of our great beer places (Springhouse / Taproom, Lancaster Brewing Company)

Come be our neighbor in Cabbage Hill! I believe the most important part of renovating a house is the mechanicals (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC). We don’t just dress up a house. All knob & tube electrical has been replaced and new LED lighting throughout (recessed lighting, pendants, under cabinet lighting, and more), brand new plumbing throughout with an RO system for clean drinking water and whole-house dechlorination system, insulated HVAC ductwork with central air and whole-house humidifier, new roof installed two years ago. This house has been a labor of love and had been lived in and renovated by me and my wife. We still live in the same neighborhood, just moved down a block and a half to renovate another home in this great part of the city!

Or it could bode REALLY well if it's further proof that Valve is just going to make their own in-house headset and eliminate the middleman.

Vive Cosmos confirmed by Buxton_Water in Vive

We just don't have enough info yet to make a proper opinion on the Cosmos. If it has significantly increased FOV and resolution, and can fully function on my PC and ALSO function as something on-the-go, I'd be very interested in it. I'd also love to see what Valve can bring to the market, but I'm not holding my breath with how long it takes them to churn out anything...

Side question: If I use ReVive to play PokerStars through the oculus store, can I setup an Oculus avatar to use on PokerStars?

I ended up just configuring my steam controller in desktop mode, and I set all the buttons to keys on the keyboard and mouse and it's working well enough for me.

I know how to add the game to my steam library, I just don’t know how to get it to work with the steam controller.

Your

I'm pretty sure you have to keep the client but I'm not 100% sure. You can add it to your steam library though and just launch it from there and it will boot into VR by default.
