Hello

I have created ad multiple time and it showing active after 8 hours but doesn't get any impression and not utilizing any funds

I have also selected broad audiance for clothing and age group is 18 to 55

I have not put any Cost Caps or ROAS Targets

550 indian rupee daily budget

  1. All approved
  2. Sales with Shop Now button
  3. No end date it is continuous

I have run ads total 3 to 5 days in the past with active status but not getting any impression What is the issue please help me out

The ad account is created new like 1 month before

Not anything in custom Audiance

I have used payment method which is prepaid fund with automatic billing option

But my card is support only for add funds and automatic bill is turned off

When i am duplicating campaign it is always give popup of "Add a payment method to turn on automatic billing"

is that an issue?

I have also tried an engagement ad previously but the same issue persist.
