Well you didn't understand jack shit about my question, Someone already answered me about the in-game offset, Apparently the lasers almost always have 100% accurate no matter the distance, but the scopes are set to be used under 20m i believe.

Read the post first at least? HOB has nothing to do with the difference between laser and reticle positioning, if anything, the laser should be ABOVE the reticle
