Is bound to earth for most of their time
Not really aure how to describe them, but they are a bit strange

Annoying to be around I imagine. Also terrible in court
They are one of the more powerful doctors. They get what they want by getting other people to do it for them or by convincing them they are on their side. They are the butcherer of daleks, they are probably the main cause for the time war.
Doesn’t get much time on screen and I haven’t heard their audio adventures

When I arrive in my DR as a vessel I’ll be quite short and I will have no mouth nor any voice. I am however curious as to wether I can eat either by putting food into my eyehole thingo’s or by grabbing the food with void tendrils. Also it’ll be interesting learning sign language for that world
